Content License Agreement

CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Nexstar Media Inc. and our affiliate companies (collectively "Nexstar") own, operate, program or provide services to television stations, websites, mobile apps, NewsNation, The Hill and Best Reviews.

Before we use your Content we need you to confirm that you are the owner of the Content and that we have your permission (license) to allow Nexstar to use your Content.

You warrant and represent that you are over 18 years of age and the owner of the Content, that the Content was created by you, that you have all necessary rights in and to the Content to grant the license below, and no third party can object to your grant of the license below (including but not limited to any person appearing in the Content). You also warrant and represent that the Content has not been manipulated (for example, created or enhanced by artificial intelligence) in any way.

You hereby grant Nexstar Media Inc., its affiliate companies, and their successors, licensees and assigns, for good and valuable consideration, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, make copies, retain, transmit, reformat, display, embed, broadcast, distribute and monetize the Content on our Properties. If Nexstar does use your Content, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Nexstar and its affiliates harmless from our use of your Content.
